Anatole is an old sphero that lives in Desert Island. He can be found playing bowling with Carlo at the Port-Ludo bowling pitch. He has frequent pains in his back.
Twinsen can cure him with the Horn of the Blue Triton, and Carlo will be angry at him for doing so.
