Baggage Claim is a service in Lupin-Bourg on Citadel Island.
Before going to the Emerald Moon, Jerome Baldino left his Proto-Pack to Twinsen there.

- Clerk
- A Grobo clerk. At first, when Twinsen comes, he says there is nothing in his name there. Later he says about Baldino's package and tells Twinsen to go downstairs to bring it here, asking the workers for help if necessary. Once it is done, he unpackages the item.
- Quetch worker
- A Quetch with a Spanish accent. He is resting among some objects, and offers to help Twinsen for 102 Kashes; if Twinsen agrees to pay him, he can go right upstairs and receive the package.
- Rabibunny worker
- A Rabibunny taking notes; he says that he has enough problems without Twinsen messing around with things.
