This isolated cliffs are far in the upper part of Citadel Island. It is located near the tent of the weather wizard, and only has three trees on it. The bridge that connects it can be activated by the turning wheel next to it, but anyone wanting to cross must be careful not to fall from it.

These cliffs are not of much use to Twinsen, but if he gets there, he can find hearts, magic points and kashes in the trees.
