The Elves Club blue card is a magnetic card that identifies one as a member of the "Elves Club". It also allows one to open electronic doors with blue locks.
When Twinsen frees Joe the Elf from the Sealed Grotto in the White Leaf Desert, Joe grants him the card, making him the fourth member of the club.
Confirming his membership in the club makes Twinsen eligible for a gift of 3 Clover Leaves whenever he meets an elf.
It also gives access to the FunFrock's Headquarters and the Hamalayi Military Post.
