Fish-Bulls are dog-like creatures from Zeelich, that look a little like piranhas. They are usually trained and used by the emperor's army as attack dogs because of their agressiveness.
The Fish-Bulls are trained at a Fish-Bull training grounds in the lower city of Otringal.

There are only two non hostile Fish-Bulls: The ones that arrive in the first Esmer spaceship that lands on Citadel Island. They have muzzles.
There are only two Fish-Bulls in the entire game that aren't black. They are brown with spots instead, and both of them can be found in Twinsun after the Esmer invasion. One is in Citadel Island harbor at the ferry ticket office and the other is in Desert Island, running around a palm tree.
