These francos are technicians, often working on big machines. They wear gray jumpsuits, and are armed with a pistol. Some of them carry wrenches instead and are harmless.
One of these technicians in Emerald Moon (probably a dissident) is imprisoned in the same cell as Baldino. He is killed by one of the guards shortly after escaping.
