Francos' platform is a little platform in the surface of Zeelich. It has an elevator that connects it to the Island of the Wannies in the undergas.
To acces the Francos' platform, Twinsen must get to the harbor of the Island of the Francos, and take ship. When he gets there, there is a mercenary, Money-Monkey, waiting for him.
