The grand rector of the School of Magic is a rabibunny that is in charge of the School of Magic. Twinsen, trying to find a cure for the Dino-Fly, meets him at the school, and appears out of thin air as Bunny welcomes Twinsen.
The rector asks 120 Kashes to inscribe Twinsen to the school. In case Twinsen refuses to enroll, he suggests to him to visit the Temple of Bù in order to find the treasure said to be hidden there.
Once he subscribes, the Grand Rector tells him about the three tests, the Garden Balsam plant and the Dome of the Slate (Holomap update); he guides him through the three tests, giving him a reward each time he accomplishes one. Heteleports to the Dome of the Slate once Twinsen passes the maze, and invites him back to the School.
There he gives him his Wizard's Diploma, and tells him to find Chedil Amiradoo in order to get his Wizard's Parade Tunic. He also tells him about the Wizards disappearing mysteriously, and Twinsen promises to find out what is happening.
After the Esmers occupy the Desert Island, Twinsen comes and tells him that the children had been kidnapped and asks him if there is any spell to locate them. The dean says that only Twinsen can rescue them but before that, he should augment his powers with the Ball of Sendell and gives him instructions to find it.
