This robot appears in Citadel Island in LBA. It stays in its place, and opens and closes it's cabin, revealing some kind of sphere inside. Nothing can be done with it, and the grobo next to it says it is forbidden to use it.
After certain part of the game, the robot is missing, and the grobo says that it was taken to the construction site. However, the robot can't be found there. This robot was part of the game content that never got implemented. Apparently, Twinsen was supposed to be able to drive it.
