Lanktir is a Grobo who lives in a house in Proxim-City next to the bazaar.
Due to a mistake with his address, he received a Keypad to a Meca-Penguin room in the Teleportation Center.
Upon meeting Twinsen, Lanktir gives him the keypad. Twinsen can also return his coffee pot and he will give him the list of bonuses as a reward.
