Lieutenant Grap is a rebel rabibunny. He is in a trench in near the harbor of Rebellion Island.
When Twinsen meets him, he tells him take the buggie to meet one of the Rebel Leaders in the Rebel Camp, in the center of the island.
Much later, when Twinsen asks about the Teleportation Center, Graps mentions an underground place at Tipett Island where clones gather.
