Otringal

One of the most populated islands of Zeelich, Otringal is both the island, and the city that covers almost all of its surface. It is the capital of Zeelich and the home island of the Sups. The Island is divided in three zones: upper city, middle city, and lower city.

Otringal is the first Island Twinsen encounters when he arrives on Zeelich. This Island is filled with the high Emperor's propaganda, such as posters.
