Paul is a grobo sailor that lives in a house on the harbor of Citadel Island. He is in charge of the ferry to Desert Island.
At the start of the game he is dismayed because of the storm, and tells Twinsen about the Weather Wizard, which opens his location on the Holomap.
When the weather improves, Paul returns to his post. If Twinsen hasn't heard about Ker'aooc before (from Leone or Zoé), he tells Twinsen Zoé's message to look for the Wizard to cure the Dino-Fly, and the location opens on the Holomap.
