Roger's brother is a Franco who lives alone in Rogers's house in the Village of the Francos. Unlike the rest of the islanders, he seems to not care about the Fragment of the Francos, and he is skeptical about anyone finding it.
Roger's brother can tell Twinsen the story about his brother and the lost fragment. He will not believe that Twinsen has found the fragment, even after showing it to him, dismissing it as a fake, after so many people also claimed finding it.
