The snowboard is used to slide down the mountains in the Hamalayi mountains. It can only be used in the ski summit.
When Twinsen leaves one of the fortresses in the Hamalayi Mountains, he walks through the snow until he freezes over. Some kamis save him and leave him in the ski summit with the snowboard. Twinsen can place himself between the flags and use the snowboard, performing various tricks until reaching the base. The board is not necessary to be used, and does not serve any purpose in his adventure.
